Over the past eight years, she has overseen Easy Tiger’s production finance, budgeting, forecasting, risk, and governance, supporting the company’s growth and its slate of acclaimed screen projects.

With deep experience in multinational and multi‑entity environments, Kelley has built a career around strengthening financial management, implementing scalable systems, optimising reporting, and ensuring robust compliance across diverse industries. She has played a pivotal role in improving reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and the performance of financial systems.

Recognised for her hands‑on leadership and ability to build high‑performing, scalable finance functions, Kelley brings a blend of commercial insight, operational discipline, and global perspective to the media production landscape. She is a CPA and a graduate of the GAICD Company Directors Course.
