Erica is the Head of Production at Easy Tiger, overseeing budgeting and production to post and delivery.

Since joining Easy Tiger in October 2023, Erica has worked on many productions in a particularly busy period. Improving processes and production workflows, implementing policies and ensuring smooth delivery.

Previously, she was Head of Production Finance at Endemol Shine Australia, leading a large team of production accountants and managing the finances of more than 20 productions annually.

With more than 25 years experience in the industry, Erica started her career in production offices across Australian film and television. Drawing on her combined production and finance expertise, Erica guides teams, navigates complex budgets, and delivers smart, creative solutions.
