Caroline (Caz) is a dual‑qualified legal and business affairs professional with deep experience across scripted and unscripted production in both the UK and Australia.

Over the last 20 years, Caz has worked in-house at leading media companies Northern Pictures, Wall to Wall Media (Warner Bros), Renegade Pictures,  Optomen Television (All3Media) and Fremantle helping creative teams navigate financing, rights, compliance and all things production legal. During her time in the UK and at Northern Pictures, Caz worked across production and distribution on international hits such as Love on the Spectrum, Long Lost Family, Who Do You Think You Are?,The Voice, Don’t Tell The Bride and various Gordon Ramsay programming. 

Since joining Easy Tiger in 2023, Caz has steered complex scripted and unscripted projects for global partners like Netflix, ABC, Foxtel, CBS, ITV, Stan and SBS on ET hits including Colin From Accounts,Territory and The Twelve.  Prior to finding her place in business affairs, Caz spent a few years on the other side of the camera as an actor/writer in sketch comedy.
