“LAST DRINKS” called by Harriet Dyer, Patrick Bramall, Binge & Easy Tiger as COLIN FROM ACCOUNTS final season announced.
Harriet Dyer, Patrick Brammall, Easy Tiger and BINGE today confirmed last drinks for Logie, AACTA and Gotham Award-winning series Colin from Accounts, with the final chapter of one of Australia’s most beloved comedies to premiere on BINGE from 27 July.
Creators and stars of Colin From Accounts, Dyer and Brammall shared the news directly to fans, reflecting on a journey that began with a dog, a near-miss on a Sydney street, and absolutely no idea what was next.
On the decision to wrap up the show with season three, Dyer and Brammall said:
“Creatively it feels like the right time to say goodbye to Ashley, Gordon, Colin and the gang after three seasons. We love everything about making Colin From Accounts from writing all the episodes and collaborating with our producing partners at Easy Tiger, to acting on set with our amazing cast and crew, to sitting in the edit with our wonderful editors. We’re going to miss it terribly, but it takes its toll and with a young family to raise, we know it’s time. We hope you love season three as much as we do and don’t hate us too much.”
One of BINGE’s most successful original scripted series, and a global phenomenon in the UK on the BBC and the US on Paramount+ with a certified fresh score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, the final season of Colin from Accounts picks up in the aftermath of Gordon’s ill-fated proposal. Determined to move on, Gordon and Ashley can’t quite shake each other —
or their collective baggage. As life moves on, with challenges at work, family battles and new friendship dramas pulling at the seams, something keeps drawing this flawed, funny pair back together. Do Gordon and Ashley belong together, or is Colin the only thing keeping their futures intertwined?
Joining the cast for the final season are Thomas Cocquerel (All Her Fault, Gilded Age), Nikki Shiels (The Last Anniversary, Prosper) and Mark Trevorrow (The Bob Downe Show, Kath & Kimderella), alongside returning favourites Emma Harvie, Genevieve Hegney, Michael Logo, Helen Thomson, Darren Gilshenan, Virginia Gay, Annie Maynard, Celeste Barber, Justin Rosniak and Tai Hara.
Last drinks have been called for 27 July. Make them count!
